Anders grew up in Denmark, turned professional golfer at 18, and spent years competing across Europe. He first came to the Dominican Republic as a golf guide and never stopped coming back.

In 2005, he settled in Punta Cana and built Group Palmera from the ground up. Today it is the 8-time consecutive winner of the World Golf Awards, Dominican Republic's Best Inbound Golf Tour Operator (2018–2025). Member of IAGTO (International Association of Golf Tour Operators). Fluent in 6 languages. Over 23,000 stays hosted across Cap Cana, Casa de Campo and Punta Cana.
